Add PHP 8.4 build targets for Linux (arm64, amd64) and macOS (arm64, amd64) in CI workflow - Update .github/workflows/build.yml to include PHP 8.4 builds for: - aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu (linux/arm64, trixie) - x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu (linux/amd64, trixie) - aarch64-apple-darwin (macOS arm64) - x86_64-apple-darwin (macOS amd64)

@joehoyle I wonder whether this repo should be in the HM org? It is used by Altis but only you can make changes/merge PRs |

@joehoyle I don't know if anything else is needed to create a version to support PHP8.4
I also used Debian trixie for those version as PHP8.4 is supported by default
